What happens next

  1. Your pull request adds quarantine/<name>.yaml with the repository, folder and tag.
  2. The same checks run on your pull request, so you see the verdict before it merges. Once it merges, the watch fetches that exact tag and checks its charter and its files for the record.
  3. If everything clears, the market's own pull request brings the skill in, and a person merges it once CI passes. If a watchman blocks it, it waits at the gate — its findings are published there, never held against you or the skill — and every day the market looks for a newer release to try again.
